Webinar Screen Cutoff at the bottom

Seems something changed recently on the Webinar view now the main screen is pushed down and there are black space that is usually reserved for the speaker/attendee camera. For general laptop screens there are some cutoff on the bottom.

Thank you for reporting this. I just have a couple of questions to get started:

Did you see this change with 1.9.7 or was it earlier?

Is this only with webinars?

Is this only with Closed Captions?

yes only with Webinars, I cannot confirm if it’s only with closed captions, but looks like it yes on 1.9.7 it happens recently in the last week as we did not detect any issue before.

Thank you for confirming. When testing this with the Sample App I was able to reproduce this issue and have since reached out to our engineering team. I’ll let you know when I hear back from them.
