Webinars visible only through participants reports, why?

Hi,

I noticed that some webinars on my client’s account that happend on April are not visible. I checked my client’s the dashboard, and they are not listed there, on Webinars section, so they are not on /webinars endpoint either. I only can see them visiting my client’s dashboard, and filtering participants reports, passing the date 04/01/2020 to 04/30/2020. Why is that? The webinars expired or something like that? Were they deleted? Why I can only see them through participants report?

One more thing, which endpoint I use to get these missing webinars? Is it metrics/webinars? I tested this endpoint using JWT and I get the message: “This API is only available for Business or higher accounts that have enabled the Dashboard feature.”.
Using JWT, this endpoint is not accessible?
