For context, I’m working on an integration that will pull Zoom user and meeting data and will download meeting recordings and other files from Zoom. I saw that to submit the App to the App Marketplace, Zoom will need an account on our platform for testing. Would an account on a temporary testing instance of our platform be sufficient?

You would provide user testing credentials for our Marketplace App Review Team. This user should be on the account with the privileges needed to do adequate testing. The team also has test accounts they use when reviewing applications.
