What paid plan does user need to add registrants

I am trying to create a meeting registrant, and getting this error

}

I am already a licensed user, which plan can I buy to use this feature
Or is it that the person I am registering he/she needs to be a paid User ?
Please help me with this

Hi @nitish.ranjan , before ruling this out as a bug, can you confirm, that :

1] This meeting is being scheduled for your user account (which is licensed):
2] if this is created for some other user in your account, are they licensed?
