Why is my meeting not showing up on the management screen and there is no cloud recording? Is this a Zoom error?

I use Create a Meeting through the API(POST /users/{userId}/meetings)
Why is my meeting not showing up on the management screen and there is no cloud recording?
Is this a Zoom error?

My meeting details:
meeting_id: 78009878360 - domain: us04web

Why are these meetings not appearing on the meetings management page?

Is it because Zoom uses the domain “us04web” ?
My system is having issues with meetings not appearing on the management list, and there are no cloud recordings.
Please check for me.

When I call the API, I use the user “me”. These meetings are correctly created from the App Marketplace with Client ID: REDACTED.
Could you please help me check?

Hi @rolemodel , please never share sensitive info like client credentials and email on public forum. Are you certain you are creating meetings for the same login user information that is accessible via the web portal?

  • screenshots of successful API response creating meeting
  • email address associated with the marketplace app
  • client id of app
  • screenshot of meetings in zoom web portal
