Why is participant information redacted in API and Webhook for ISV account?

Description
During our testing phase, everything worked great. As soon as our ISV account was approved, certain participant info stopped being available in the api responses and webhooks.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
JWT & Webhook

Which Endpoint/s?
/report/meetings/{meetingId}/participants

Additional context
While I’ve only mentioned a single endpoint, the issue is more widespread and also includes webhooks. For example, here is the meeting.participant_left webhook BEFORE our ISV account was approved:

Hi @jasonlee,

Do you happen to know if these users are under your account or if they may have been guest participants? If these users were not authenticated or were guests when they joined the meeting, it’s expected that their name and email may be hidden to protect their privacy.
