You cannot install the app because you don’t have the required permissions

I’ve attempted to add the app clicking Add App Now and continue to get the message that I can’t install the app… I’m the admin on the account. I’ve selected all the checkboxes in the Roles section of my account as a Developer and still, the same error. I’m only selecting Meetings and Webinars for development. None of the other similar posts have solutions.

I would upload pictures but I got the error that you can’t embed media items in a post. Not sure why the picture icon is in the menu…

If you’re using any Master Scopes, those scopes use Sub-account scopes, which require the owner to authenticate. For every Master scope, there is an admin-level scope that can do the same thing; I suggest you make some changes to your scopes to make it usable for your account.

Thank you Kwaku. I did have two unintentional master level scopes and removed them. The problem didn’t go away. I don’t have any sub-account scopes.
