Description
I am Admin and I do think I have all the scopes I need for my App. These are my settings for my App. KCRAR -Intent to publish: No – Account-level app – OAuth app.

Error
You cannot authorize the app

You cannot install the app because you don’t have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again.

  • View and manage sub account’s user webinars
  • View sub account’s Dashboard data
  • View and manage sub accounts
  • View and manage sub account’s billing information
  • View and manage sub account’s user recordings
  • View and manage sub account’s user information
  • View and manage sub account’s user meetings

Thanks for reaching out about this.

In taking a quick look at these scopes, I believe the issue is that you’re an admin, but you’re not an account owner. I believe that you need to be an account owner in order to install an app with scopes that will manage sub accounts.
