When as a

udience we try to connect gets following message

your connection has timed out and you cannot join the meeting. Verify your network connectivity and try again

Now "your connection has timed out " Got Resolved but when we create Meeting with Pro account participant try to connect using Chrome Browser on Macbook pro, HP and on Mobile can see Host video and able to listen voice but Host can’t see participant video as well listen voice.

Also on Email you suggested to go for V2 api so can we know what are parameter difference for authentication as we have used Secret, API keys in our App.

can you please help on that ?

When participants Join meeting they are not able to enable video and audio, same time host can’t see participants or listen to them.
We are having https://e-panace.org
Pro account by host.
Using google chrome latest version on all devices
Also tried to make settings on chrome to allow mic and video for this site.

Now if required we can share our cPanel details to review code,API
