Its 2025 whats the holdup? Zoom phone is how many years old? Your Losing Customers. No small business owner that values automation will want to use zoom phone when it creates more work for us and our employees.
Worst part is zoom phone is one of the more stable VOIP solutiuons but naturally it doesnt talk to anything…Phones are the first line of offense and key to having a professional business. Why would you not port to any crms or anything?? This points to a souless corporate structure pandering to its investors not its customers. Get it together Zoom.
Give zoom a dedicated app and port it to Zapier at least so you dont have to make a bunch of integrations for each software. Your a software company and you know this already. Why are you choosing to not move forward with bettering your software? Your telling US 1 dev with 3 months cant create a port for just contacts and call logs…Lies.
Raise the price and get it done, listen to your customers for the Love of everything business.
