Hi Elisa, Happy Thanksgiving! It’s time for an update. Can you please check in on this with the Zoom Phone PM and update us? We continue to need this functionality.
We really need a way to add contacts to Zoom Phone via Zapier for the entire team to access. When a client calls us, we don’t have their contact in our system. We have a CRM that has a Zapier integration, but Zoom Phone does not.
