Zoom API End: GET/metrics/zoomrooms/{zoomroomId}
Description: Zoom API, Zoom Rooms dashboard metrics, is not returning the “Live Meeting” details when the Zoom Room is participating in a meeting that’s not from the same Zoom Account as the zoom room.

Zoom API End: GET/metrics/zoomrooms/{zoomroomId}

Description: Zoom API, Zoom Rooms dashboard metrics, is not returning the “Live Meeting” details when the Zoom Room is participating in a meeting that’s not from the same Zoom Account as the zoom room.

Following tables list the results of the above-mentioned end point in the following two scenarios

  • Case1: Zoom Room is participating in a zoom meeting from one of the users within the same zoom account as Zoom Room
  • Case2: Zoom Room is participating in a zoom meeting, that’s sent as an invite by a third party zoom account user

Case2: Scenario Zoom Room live meeting details are displayed under Room Health option under Rooms in dashboard.
