Zoom App credentials stopped working after transferring ownership

I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding an issue with our Zoom Marketplace app following a recent change in app ownership. Here are the details:

Issue Description: The previous owner of our app was recently removed from our Zoom account. Following this, I received an email from Zoom indicating that the app no longer had a valid owner and instructed me to transfer app ownership. I have since transferred the ownership of the app to my account, where I hold an admin role.

Despite the transfer and the credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) appearing unchanged, our integrations have ceased functioning, and we are unable to authenticate or make successful API calls.

@mevers Hope you will be fine.

Now request to owner that add you as collaborator to that app by click on

Thanks

Thanks for the reply @Naeem!
I’m the owner and I don’t see Manage App Collaborators here. Can you provide more details on where I would find that?

@mevers

From Manage → Apps → Right side of App → You have …

I believe I dont have that sadly:

I can only see Request to upgrade, Request to remove and Request to unpublish

@mevers

You need to check that here

https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/build

Yeah that is the URL I’m at…

@mevers are you able to jump on a quick zoom call? Happy to help you with this. Please add me on zoom teams chat, my email is ojus.save@zoom.us and well get on to this asap.

Was this ever resolved? I am having the same problem.
