I see this comment is a few years old. Is it still the case that certification in Zoom Phone or Contact Center is not available?

We do not have a certification in Zoom Phone or Contact Center

I’ve completed all the learning for Zoom UC/CC on the Learning Center, thank you. Just wondering if there is anything in addition. Are you aware of a sandbox area that I might be able to dig deeper into the platform? Perhaps a test tenant to develop against?
