Create App Type
What kind of APP to create to get local recording and send it to own server.

Description
We have a team of over 100 sale closers that uses zoom for sales, they save recordings of those calls on their own devices and I want to create an app that takes the local recording and sends it to our own server for another process to occur.
I am not sure which app to create and how to use the API to get the local recordings

Our SDK does not have access to local recording once they are saved to the user’s device.

You might be able to create an application which looks for zoom recording in users recording folder, but each user might have a different folder location specified.

There are other possibilities which would involve the use of (non-exhausive list)

  • 3rd party recording bots
  • self created recording bots
  • cloud recording
