Zoom Deauthorization Notification not working for production environment

In the test case of App Deauthorized and Data Compliance . We are not getting Deauthorization Notification for production instance

In the process of deauthorization when we installed and uninstall app and we have not received deauthorization event to delete the zoom user data.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?

Which Endpoint/s?

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install the app
  2. Uninstall the app
    Result: expected Deauthorization Notification endpoint not called by zoom

Additional context
We have tested the Deauthorization Notification Endpoint with Postman. it works p
and also checked deauth url is not behind a VPN or firewall.
Note: We are also not getting Webhook notifications from zoom
