Description
Zoom Meeting External SSO authentication is not working in IOS and Android

Error
Have created the meeting using Zoom API with external SSO authentication option. Join meeting URL is working in Windows & MAC OS but it is not working in IOS & Android.

Below are issue that we are facing while try to join the meeting

IOS issues:

  1. Prompts the user with message  “Please register to join the webinar” while joining the meeting.

  2. Meeting password is already embedded with join URL, Still asking the user to enter the password for joining the meeting.

Android issues:

  1.   Prompts the user with message  with message  “Finish the registration to join the meeting” while joining the meeting.

  2.   Not able to join the meeting, However user click’s the register button.

Are you able to reproduce this issue when setting the SSO settings via the Zoom Web Portal?

I can able to reproduce the issue.

Actually the same meeting join URL is working in PC (Windows & MacOS) but not in IOS & Android.

I believe this to be a product related issue rather than an API issue. Can you please bring this up to support.zoom.us? They will be able to better assist.
