Zoom for Lightning, Sync issue in Salesforce Sandbox

Hi,

Issue:

  • We recently installed the “Zoom for Lightning” application from Salesforce AppExchange to sync Zoom webinar data with Salesforce.
  • As part of our Proof of Concept (PoC), we initially connected our Zoom account to a Salesforce Developer Org, where both Zoom Webinars and Zoom Webinar Registrants were successfully synced.
  • However, after disconnecting the Zoom account from the Developer Org and connecting it to our Sandbox Org, we noticed that Zoom webinar data is no longer syncing.

Error Message:

  • No error messages are received.
  • Zoom webinar data is not syncing in the Sandbox Org after reconnecting Zoom.

Steps taken:

  • Connected Zoom to the Developer Org → Webinar Sync was successful.
  • Disconnected Zoom from the Developer Org and connected it to the Sandbox Org → Webinar Sync failed.
  • Reconnected Zoom to the Developer Org → Webinar Sync worked again.
  • Disconnected Zoom from the Developer Org and reconnected Zoom to the Sandbox Org → Webinar Sync failed again.

Would appreciate your guidance in troubleshooting and resolving this issue.
