Issue #1 : If participants use different browser (ie tutor use Safari and student use Chrome) the audio does not work.
In the test we did, 2 participants used Chrome and they can hear me and can hear each other. But from my end, I cannot hear them. I use Safari browser
Issue # 2 : When screen is shared, the default screen will be the shared screen. The zoom page will be hidden.
User can switch back to the zoom page , but the shared screen will freeze on the audience end
Issue #3. Buttons like ‘Start Video’, ‘Join Audio by Computer’, and ‘Share Screen’ freezes. When refreshed, the “Join Audio” button changes to Unmute.
why do i encounter this problem ? what should be the issue ? i already follow all steps in your documentation
