Zoom javascript sample app issue

Hello Zoom support team,

We are using one of the sample app provided here : https://github.com/zoom/sample-app-web

While 2 user doing meeting on that code, in few minutes we got warning like : “Zoom is not able to use system audio device”

Also some time we got error like “The connection to wss://zoomhy33rwg.zoom.us/wc/media/763652600?type=v&cid=A941BE2B-B9FD-F926-8326-4048A11E99B8&mode=2 was interrupted while the page was loading.”

Then the video screen of each user get freeze and nothing work with enabling or disabling the video device permission.

On our app 100 user will do meeting on different different devices, If the above mentioned are server issue then can you please suggest the server requirement for making the meetings possible.

Thanks

Can you please provide solution to this issue.!

Hey @kshitij.s ,

Thanks for providing the browser details.

The Web SDK does not support joining with computer audio on Firefox.

As for the other issues you are experiencing, please let me know what Web SDK Version you are using, as well as the CDN or Local method.

It would also help us investigate the issue if you shared your Web SDK code so we can reproduce and debug the issue.

Thanks,

Tommy

Hello @tommy

I have also tested the latest “version”: “1.6.1” “CDN and Local” method at our end,
They both are having the same issue we are facing on our live domain.

Please check all the comment I have made above.
Thanks

Hey @kshitij.s,

Thanks for providing your code and application.

I noticed when changing tabs in my browser and coming back to your app the video freezes. This is a known issue and we are working to fix it. (JIRA: DEVELOPERS-568)

We will notify you once our engineers have fixed this issue.

In the meantime please upgrade to the latest version, or as a work around, you could try embedding the Zoom Web Client in an iFrame on your site instead:

Thanks,
Tommy
