Zoom Marketplace app approval issue

We recently submitted our marketplace app for approval for beta testing, but it was rejected.

The reason given was:

Unfortunately, the application has failed our Security and Privacy Compliance Review as you did not provide supporting evidence to what you attested in the Technical Design section. If you would like to still be considered for Beta, please resubmit your application with the TD and its supporting evidence (documentation of SSDLC, DAST/SAST, security and privacy policy etc.).

We don’t have anything for SSDLC, DAST/SAST, etc… and selected No for this, and any policies requested were added. (privacy and TOS)

The app we are creating is a very simple integration that allows Zoom users to register people to their Meetings or Webinars automatically when a purchase is made on our platform that includes a meeting/training. We don’t need it in the marketplace for discovery or installations, as all usage happens within our platform for registered users. We don’t store a bunch of data or anything - we are just facilitating this registration process.

The app submission process seems overly complicated for our use case, so I am hoping it can be looked at with regards to what we are trying to do.

The App ID is: rlE4jNJ9RQyOeRNB8H5z8g

Please let me know what is needed and we will do our best to provide it.

Thanks,

Mike

Hello,

You applied for an authorization URL, the requirement for that specific product. The app approval process is very straightforward. Forward, we provide notes and all the information needed for your app to complete the requirements for approval.

Is there something I am missing then? Because the info shared with me (that I included above) is very unclear and I really have no idea what I would need to do based on it.

From my point of view and for the simplicity of the api integration, I feel like I have provided everything already.

So I’m stuck I guess without more info from your side.

Thanks,

Mike

Have you read the notes provided by the reviewer and responded to each one with a resolution or explanation?
