Zoom Marketplace App Submission Bug - Cannot Change OAuth Allow List

Format Your New Topic as Follows:

Description I am encountering an issue with modifying the OAuth Allow Lists in the Zoom App Marketplace. Despite adding specific URLs to the list, the settings revert back to the default localhost URL after saving. This issue is preventing me from proceeding with my application submission.

How To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Authentication method: OAuth
  2. Navigate to the App Marketplace and select my application.
  3. Under the “Feature” tab, attempt to update the OAuth Allow List by adding:
  1. Click “Save.”
  2. After saving, the list reverts back to: localhost (can’t paste link because I cannot put more than two links in this post)
  3. Error: No specific error message is shown, but the changes do not save correctly.

This may only apply to my account and be a data issue, my account is peter@beeline.life. The app is called "
Beeline", and is an account or admin-managed app.

Please help, I am unable to proceed with the correct submission and am BLOCKED.

I have submitted even though I know functional test will fail because of this issue, but I have also notified the testing team about it within the submission notes in the hope that someone on that side can check it, too.

Please help.

Hello, @peter_stuart_turner Is this happening in the Development environment or the Production environment during submission?

Regards, Kwaku

Hi Kwaku - it was on production. Something going wrong with saving of the URLs, jumps back to what it was previously.

Any ideas on when it could be looked at?

Hello @peter_stuart_turner not able to replicate the issue, I would clear cache and give it another try if that still doesn’t work please let me know and I can DM you for more information about your app and check it out.

Regards, Kwaku

Cleared cache, withdrew my application, tried again.

Still no luck. Perhaps you are able to change that field for me on your end?

Keeps reverting to this: http://localhost:3000/connect-account

But I want these 3:

https://www.beeline.life/connect-account
[ cannot put more than 2 links, will have to DM the others to you if you are able to assist?]

Hello,

We cannot make changes like that for you, so I’ll send you a DM so you can continue the conversation there.
