Zoom oauth issue

One of my customers is trying to authenticate using the Zoom App, and they are getting the error as shown in the attached screenshot.

Can someone help to resolve this?

Hi @leenasn , your customer may not have the correct permissions from their admin to install the app if they are a user of a larger account. Please provide more details about the customer, their user status (i.e. admin) and what scopes are on your app.

Surprisingly, when we tried again y’day, the authentication worked. Not sure what changed. Maybe the permission was changed by the main account or now this account is no more associated with the larger account.

I will get back with more details in case we are still facing issues.
