Zoom Phone API - User Status (busy/available/offline)


This is a feature request for Zoom Phone
We would like to see an API endpoint for Zoom Phone to check the status of a user (online / busy (in a call) / offline).

Our company uses Zoom Phone to put our representatives in touch with their portfolios of clients. Our company policy requires our clients to be served regardless if their appointed representative is available or not. Therefore, our front desk needs to be able to monitor the status of our users to direct the incoming calls appropriately.

An API endpoint similar to the one in Zoom Contact Center “/contact_center/queues/{QUEUE_ID}/agents” but for all Phone users would address our needs.
Note that we are not using Call Queues.
