We are building an application that uses Zoom Phone REST API.
Our issue arises from the need to be able to route calls accordingly depending on who is available in our organization and who is already on-line with a client.
Is there any way to to see if a user or a phone line is currently busy?
Our organization does not use call queues for Zoom Phone. We use it for outbound and inbound calls between our representatives and their assigned clients.
My manager showed me a screen in the Zoom Phone admin portal. Under Quality of Service → Calls → Active Calls. Is there any API endpoint that would enable us to get that information?
Again, we only need to check if a phone number is currently on a call or not, so that the receptionnist can forward the call accordingly.

Unfortunately, we do not have an endpoint that will enable you to accomplish that behavior
