So, our Zoom Phone subscription is integrated with Hubspot. Calls directly made on Zoom Phone (desktop app) are being incorrectly logged on Hubspot. Meaning when we call Company #1, all the details (link to the call and recording) of the calls are being logged into a different company profile (company #2). How do we avoid this?
Our sales team said that this happens only if they call directly from Zoom phone or receive an inbound call from Zoom Phone. But when they call using Zoom Phone widget directly on HS to make an outbound call, this doesn’t happen.
