I connected the Zoom Phone for HubSpot app, but it’s not working correctly.
I can select the app from the phone number field and it attempts to make a call, but it stays stuck on “Calling.”
When I call the same phone number directly from the Zoom desktop app, the call connects successfully.
Also, when making a call from the Zoom desktop app, the outbound log correctly appears in HubSpot.
I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn’t fix the issue.
One thing I noticed is that the Zoom Phone for HubSpot status on HubSpot doesn’t show as “OK.” Could this be the main issue? But HubSpot does not know how to turn the status to OK.
