Zoom Phone Smart Embed not working with error "Unable to sign in"

We are trying to integrate Zoom phone SmartEmbed. When we try to test it, we are getting error message “Unable to sign in… Sorry, unable to access app. Please reach out to your admin”
Note

  1. Domains are added in the approved domain list
  2. Call from 3rd party app enabled
  3. we are using script method

It may also be worth checking if the tested user has the proper Zoom Phone license and Smart Embed permissions enabled. Reauthorizing the app and verifying admin access can sometimes fix this “Unable to sign in” error.
