Zoom Room Alert settings

Hi,

Don’t know which category this issue belongs to.

We have set up alerts in our zoom room settings, this send mail alerts based on some settings we turned on.
In opsgenie we added mail integration an provided that mail adress in our account to send alerts to.

However we don’t receive any alerts to opsgenie, also in opsgenie logs we see nothing coming in to that integration.
Individual users added to receive this mailing does receive the alerts.

Can you see anything wrong in this setup or why it doesn’t work?

Could you please share with me the link to the docs for opsgenie, I am not familiar with that integration.
Did you create an app in your account to be able to sync this integration? what steps are you following to do so?
