Hello,
I created an app to upload our Zoom recordings into Canvas Studio and I utilized the instructions on the Canvas Support site titled “How do I configure my institution’s Zoom app to send cloud recordings to Canvas Studio?” I have tried many versions of the app and at one point the app was working but stopped working after one day. Since then, Instructure wanted me to delete the app and start over but, I have never been able to get it working using the same configuration as the previous iteration.
In the newest iteration, I created an OAuth app however, I am receiving an error message saying that:
Invalid redirect: https://[collegeinstance].instructuremedia.com/api/conference/zoom_callback (4,700)
This was the URL that was provided by Instructure support. Any help would be appreciated.
