Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Does this happen when using the Sample Web App? Please try testing with that to also see if upgrading to the latest version (1.9.8) resolves the issue.

We recently released Web SDK (1.9.9), I kindly ask can you please test this with the latest version and let us know if you see the same issue.
