Zoom Meeting SDK for Web V2.18.2

I am invoking the “mediaCapturePermission” function within the Zoom Web SDK to request recording permission from the host. Although this function operates seamlessly in the Zoom Native client but if the host is joined from web then I get an error in my code indicating “not support grant local record permissin”.

Is this function not yet supported for Web and if not then how do we suppose to handle this in our flow. Your answer is crucial for us. Thanks is advance!

This is a feature which needs to be rolled out on the Web Client.
I’ve requested for this, and we are expecting this to roll out somewhere before Q2 of the year
