Zoom Webhook Validation Issue

Our team got an email that that “Your webhook endpoint is not responsive, please review this email for details.“

“Your webhook endpoint failed to respond to our validation request. If your webhook endpoint fails to respond to our validation requests 2 more times, we will stop sending webhooks to your webhook endpoint until you fix the issue.”

We had already validated our URL initially and was able to successfully get it validated before, however on Monday, we got that email with the following message. I see there are similar issues on this forum. Can anyone help with this?

Can you confirm if your app is receiving events as it should and that you can see the “Validated” message under the URL endpoint in the marketplace app?

If so, you can disregard the emails but I will be happy to further look into this to determine why you are getting these notifications

We tried to revalidate and its not validating now, upon checking, we found that issue was coming from our code receiving the webhook since we had additional logic before validation code block hence the failure. We have updated our code and I have asked client to revalidate.

I will update here if that solved things and will post if we are going to receive the same email in the next few days as well or not.
