ZR-CSAPI Caption Support

Description
Captions are configured and supported on Zoom Rooms web UI but sending zStatus Call ClosedCaption Available always shows false, and using zConfiguration Call ClosedCaption Visible[: ] never actually turns captions on or off.

Is this a known issue in the ZR-CSAPI, or is there something I am missing?

zConfiguration Call ClosedCaption Visible: on

You can also try:

zConfiguration Call ClosedCaption Visible

Those are the commands being sent. However, the response never changes from in the JSON payload never changes.
