I am trying to access a recording from February from my university class, and it is telling me that the recording does not exist (3301 error). However, this was an automatic cloud recording, and everyone in the class was sent the link in an email. Additionally, everyone in the class has access to the recording through their canvas page. What should I do to get this recording?
