App current subscribers

Hi there guys this is a rather silly question but, when talking about account level apps

What specifically means current subscribers listed under:

• zoom marketplace
• admin account management
• the tab “current subscribers” of any application

I understand it list all the admins who installed the app.
Now, if this is an account level app:

• why can different admins add it concurrently (assuming those admins belong to the same zoom account)
• why if one of them remove the app the others still have them.
• how does this impact web hook notifications.
