App Deactivated Without Notification or Reason / Support Refuses to Help

I created a Server to Server app 2 weeks ago and when I got back to it this week, it’s deactivated without explanation or ability to activate it, and I’m told to request access from Admin - I’m an Admin.

We upgraded to Business just to be able to get live support on this, only to be rudely rebuffed and told to buy a developer support plan or ask here on the forums.

So who can tell us why this app isn’t working?

I’d add a screenshot but this forum is special.

I also am unable to create new Server to Server apps. Thanks!
