Audio Feedback and Output Issues After Updating to MeetingSDK Version 5.15.3

The latest version of the MeetingSDK (5.15.3) causes feedback in the audio. Also, audio is output from the device itself, not from the headset.
This is a problem with audio that did not occur when the MeetingSDK was one version earlier (5.14.11).
I have not changed anything in the code other than changing the SDK version, so I am not sure what the cause is and would like to know if there is a workaround.
