Audio Mic issue in Fully Customizable Web Sdk 1.0.0

Hi @tommy,
We’ve been using Fully Customizable Web Sdk version 1.0.0 for quite some time and it was working fine apart from (restarting the camera issue https://devforum.zoom.us/t/restarting-camera-causes-canvas-to-get-stuck-in-chrome-but-renders-when-element-is-inspected/45232 ).
But recently we started noticing that participants can’t speak through microphone. We noticed the issue exclusively in Chrome browser version 91+ and Firefox latest version. Older versions of the browsers are working fine.
We are using FCW Sdk in our Angular 8 application. This audio issue is a major hindrance in our development process and we are in urgent need of your assistance.

PS:
We started noticing this deprecation notice and tried adding the required headers according to this post https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/native-sdks/web/advanced/web-isolation but to no avail. Could this be the issue and if yes could you please explain in detail how to solve this issue.

Hey @hasan.md ,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing mic issues with the Video SDK.

My first suggestion to you would be to upgrade to the latest Video SDK version, we have made a number of improvements and bug fixes since version 1.0.0.

After you upgrade, please let us know if you continue to have issues with the mic.

Thanks,
Tommy
