[Auto-Start] Cannot enable auto-start for my user

I have completed the steps in the developer doc to create a general app and configure the oauth. The oauth workflow is working.

When I tried to enable the RTMS Auto-Start feature for my user, the “Confirm” button on the dialog of “Allow apps to access meeting content” does nothing. I have tried to enable it both as an admin and as a regular user, both of which face the same issue.

Please advise on how to enable RTMS Auto-Start for our app. Thanks.

are you in account/settings or user/settings?

I tried enabling it both as an admin of my user and my user itself from account/settings and user/settings. Neither of them is working.

we are checking this if it has to do anything with your cluster.


I faced a similar issue; there is no meeting.rtms_started webhook delivered after this.
