My user-managed General App is configured with RTMS Started/Stopped events and meeting:read:meeting_transcript. The webhook is validated, RTMS auto-start is enabled under Surface, the development app is installed and authorized, the user is assigned, and “Share realtime meeting content with apps” is enabled. However, the app does not appear in the auto-start picker. Please verify that Meeting RTMS and auto-start are enabled for my account and development app.
