We are using Recall.AI to join Zoom meetings to facilitate call recording and transcription.
The Zoom app is published to the Zoom Marketplace for Beta testing (App Marketplace)
I have double checked with Recall onboarding and support to ensure that the credentials registered with Recall are correct. Recall suggested opening a ticket with you, because they think something is going wrong at zoom end.
We have tried multiple options:
- regenerating tokens
- creating a new app in development and testing against our meetings
None of these have worked and we are at loss how to solve the issue.
We have couple customers who we are supposed to start testing with and we are at loss at how to resolve the issue.
