Continuous Sync in Salesforce for Historical Webinars

We have integrated Zoom with Salesforce to track live webinar attendance as well as on-demand usage, but have found it is not regularly syncing webinar information after the webinar takes place (for on-demand).

While there is the ability to manually sync Zoom data, I’m looking for a way we can automate this (maybe on a weekly or monthly basis) so we won’t need to go into each webinar and manually sync it.

I have reviewed those, but they did not resolve the issue of continuing to sync on-demand registrants for webinars that have already ended.

This is currently not possible, but we do already have a feature request in our backlog to support this. I will keep you updated on its development. :slight_smile:
