Does ZCC smart embedded support 3rd party close the active engagement?

We build up a customized web page which import ZCC smart embedded , we can make call by postMessage to ZCC smart embedded frame, can we close the active engagement using postMessage to ZCC frame ?

Thanks for question. At this time, we don’t have a documented way to end an engagement via postMessage communication with the iFrame.
