Enabling Attendee Gallery and Speaker View Webinar

I am trying to enable the ability for attendees to be able to change the way the viewer looks on their end.

I have this working within the SDK for the Host and Presenters, however, can not find how to enable it for the attendees.

I am using the latest Beta release for the Web SDK. Atm on the attendee view it has a bar at the top saying “New Gallery and Speaker View”
