Error attempting to authorize for jwt extension period

I have followed these exact steps.

  1.   Go to and sign in.
  2.   Click "Manage" in the top right corner.
  3.   Under "Personal App Management," click "Created Apps."
  4.   Find your JWT App by looking at the "Type" column.
  5.   Click "Activation" on the left.
  6.   Then click "Activate your App" and confirm it.

That is when I get the error owner_removed, when I try to Activate my App.

Can you please confirm that you are the user who originally created the app?

I was not.
The person who created the app is no longer employed with our company.

I believe that could be the reason why you won’t be able to reactivate the app
Are you able to create a new one?
