High/low pitch audio when connecting crossplatform (android or ios to the browser)

I have tested using multiple versions on the web video SDK and the android/ios SDKs, but none seem to work. I hear my voice to be very low pitched from the mobile, and very high pitched from the web (to the point where the audio is incomprehensible). This issue has been ongoing for a while, preventing me from launching my app. Are there any plans to look at this issue? @tommy

Description
Low-pitched audio was received on the mobile (IOS and Android) on all versions, and high-pitched audio was received on the web on all versions.

I am using the zoom sample react-app

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Simply connect to a session from the web video SDK (v1.2.7 for example) and the Android or IOS (v1.3.0) and connect to the audio.

Device:

  • OS: [e.g. Windows 10]
  • Browser: [e.g. Chrome]
  • Browser Version 103.0.5060.66 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable)

Phones: iPhone SE 2020 and GalaxyS20+

Additional context
We tested this issue with a combination of the available SDK versions for the web, android, and IOS but none of them seemed to work and they all produced the same low/high pitch issue.

Was anyone able to reproduce or take a look at this error?
