How to KNow if webhook has been triggered?

Hi,
Just wanted to check.
So now I created a webhook only app.
Added event subscription for the following.

Meeting
-start meeting
-end meeting
Recording
-start recording
-end recording

I added my endpoint.
Then when I started my zoom and create a meeting, start the recording. Is there a logs to see that these events were triggered? what is required for the destination url?
