How to make sure shared video is good quality for participants?

Description
We have a few videos to display, and similarly to youtube, each video has a few versions. Each version is of different quality: 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p. Some people say the quality for other participants will be better if I share the lower quality videos as opposed to the higher quality versions.

As additional info, some participants may have poor connection. But my connection is good and I’m the one sharing.

What I’d like to know is: is this true? Should I really choose the lower quality videos? Or it doesn’t matter which version I share, when it comes to what participants are watching? Thanks.

Which Client Desktop SDK version?
5.5.4 (13142.0301) Latest? i guess.

Device (please complete the following information):
Ryzen 5 2600 16 Gb ram, Geforce 1050 ti
Win 10 pro
