I do not have the option to use zoomapp:inmeeting scope

I am trying to follow to build a simple zoom app and following one of the official examples on github

But when run it I get the error Invalid access token, does not contain scopes: [zoomapp:inmeeting]
But when I try to select my scope I do not have an option to select this scope.

Is this not available for everyone?

It would be really helpful if u open sourced one of ur in house apps like the timer. There is barely any content out their that shows the who process from start to marketplace.
